Complementary roles

Hestix does not replace Octorate and does not replicate the PMS. The boundary between the two systems stays explicit.

Octorate

Distribution, calendar, availability and booking management stay in the PMS and channel manager. Octorate keeps owning its domain.

Hestix

Hestix reads the context made available and connects it to operations, access, compliance and financial analysis, keeping deterministic calculation, controlled automation and AI interpretation separate.

Hestix does not replace Octorate: it adds an operational layer above data the PMS continues to own.

No. Octorate keeps its role as PMS and channel manager. Hestix adds an operational layer that uses the available context to connect workflows, operations and intelligence.

Is Hestix an official Octorate partner?

We claim no commercial partnership, certification or official partner status. The integration uses the APIs and webhooks the PMS actually exposes, within the technical limits of the vendor.

Does Hestix write prices and restrictions into Octorate?

Not today. Availability, rates, inventory, restrictions, minimum stay and updates back to Octorate are under development and are not declared available.

Does Hestix replicate the Octorate calendar?

Hestix uses the calendar and operational context made available by the integration. A deeper calendar is among the areas under development and is not presented as available.
